Meffio Technology Limited is an indigenous research and development company founded by Mr Effiong .E. Ibiok, alongside his wife Mrs Mercy Nyigibo Effiong Ibiok. Meffio Technology Limited aims at designing and inventing products that will relieve the pains of Nigerians, Africans and the world at large. Our target is to lunch the first spacecraft from the Nigerian soil. We started inventing simple products like the automatic water pump controller and today we have dived into designing and invention of compact steam boilers, turbines, alternators, among others which in a whole is power plant manufacturing. Our target is to ensure that our inventions in the next 5 to 6 years generates constant electricity across Port Harcourt, Uyo, Aba, Lagos, Abuja among others giving 24 hours electricity using gas, crude oil, condemn oil, etc, which is the cheapest electricity; while still aiming at aerospace technology development.

REASON FOR THE BIRTH OF THE COMPANY
It is obvious that most people who studied Electrical Electronics hardly practice what they studied in Nigeria. In view of the above reason, Mr Effiong .E. Ibiok decided to be different and make a change by actually putting into practical practice what he studied, thereby inventing and developing ideas that will ease the lives of people. He believes that the “foundation of electricals is electronics; electronics controls the spheres of everything. For instance the telecommunication, computers, among others and the truth is that everything about electronics creates solutions to problems”. Meffio Technology is focused in making Nigeria a sustainable power-generating nation as it has invented the compact steam boilers aimed at converting gas flaring to steam and from steam to electricity; and has also invented the turbine and others. Our driving force is electricity generation in Nigeria, which will create thousands of jobs for Nigerians.

Mr. Effiong .E. Ibiok, from Akwa-Ibom State is the Chairman of Meffio Technology Limited. A distinction graduate of Electrical Electronics from Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa, Ogun State; formerly Gateway Polytechnic. A researcher and lover of technology who believes that Nigeria would be the most industrialized black nation in the history of mankind. In 2013, he invented the Auto Water Pump that makes it easy to switch on and off water pump automatically and regulate it without human interface. He also invented the auto changeover switch aimed at regulating power automatically without the stress of changing manually once power is restored and the need to change from generator. He is currently looking at Nigeria’s challenge of power generation. His drive is to get the issue of electricity right in Nigeria; and his vision is to lunch the first indigenous turbine in Africa by 2022. Amazingly, he has obtained three (3) patents (RP: NG/PT/NC/2019/4091, RP: NG/PT/NC/2019/4096, RP: NG/P/2018/331) rights of his inventions.

Mrs Mercy Nyigibo Effiong Ibiok, from Rivers State is the Managing Director of Meffio Technology Limited. A postgraduate Degree Holder in Management from the University of Port Harcourt Business School, Rivers State, Nigeria and a graduate of B. A (Hons) Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. She is self-motivated, result oriented, honest, a good team player and most of all, a philanthropist. She is the founder of Mercy Effiong Divine Help Foundation
